As a Delivery Solutions Architect in our Professional Services team, you will empower and support customers and partners to build exceptional AI-driven conversational experiences. You’ll lead the design of virtual assistants and user journeys, support onboarding and solution delivery, and serve as a subject matter expert in conversational design. This role is essential to ensuring project success and driving customer satisfaction through engaging, natural, and effective dialog flows with a strong focus on Conversation Design.
