Senior Developer – Microsoft Platform

The role will build and support Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions that enable NICE employees to operate effectively and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

  • Work within agile disciplinary teams to design, build and maintain solutions in Microsoft 365, the Power Platform and CoPilot Studio.
  • Proactively identify new functionality on the Microsoft roadmap that enhances end‑user productivity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with users and business stakeholders to demonstrate and prototype technical possibilities.
  • Advise business stakeholders on non‑functional needs and constraints as well as functional requirements when designing solutions.
  • Actively participate in developing and managing agile backlogs of work.
  • Support live services through monitoring, incident resolution, performance optimisation and continual improvement, including rota‑d 3rd‑line support.
  • Share knowledge, mentor colleagues, and support the development of Microsoft platform capability within the team.

Person Specification

Education / Qualifications

  • Specialist knowledge and expertise acquired through a degree level or equivalent qualification or experience.
  • Experience across several relevant areas of expertise, acquired through practical experience and training/development such as M365 Administrator, Power Platform Functional consultant or developer associate, and certification in SharePoint and Teams Administration.

Experience / skills

  • Demonstrated design and implementation of an M365 or Power Platform solution for customer management that enabled business benefits.
  • Experience working with business teams to model a workflow and then design a solution.
  • Experience working within agile multidisciplinary teams and contributing technical expertise to successful outcomes.
  • Managed expectations with a non‑technical stakeholder whose requirements were not realistic, describing the approach taken and the outcome.
