Seeking a forward-thinking Accountant for a leading high-tech public company to manage all aspects of the accounting of our subsidiaries. Must have strong accounting and finance experience and skills to have responsibility for the following:

How will you make an impact?

• Manage the accounting function of our EMEA entities in accordance with US GAAP and UK GAAP, including control accounts, general ledger, cash management, accruals, inter-company, etc.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual period-end closing procedures.
• Monthly reporting to the Company\’s Corporate Finance.
• Oversee daily operations of financial activities and liaise with service providers.
• Conduct financial analysis of quarterly results.
• Prepare annual statutory financial statements and other reports to authorities.
• Work closely with auditors and tax advisors; coordinate and manage audits and SOX compliance.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly tax and VAT filings.
• Review and improve processes to ensure compliance and effective internal controls.
• Assist with transactions including mergers, acquisitions, or reorganizations.

Have you got what it takes?

• At least 3 years of post-qualification experience; experience in high-tech companies is an advantage.
• Experience with Workday accounting systems is an advantage.
• Familiarity with US GAAP and UK GAAP.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team player, result-driven, motivated to make an impact.

Education

• ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualification.
• Bachelor’s degree.
