We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic and motivated Classroom Assistant to join our dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a unique educational environment where learning, movement and personal development are integrated throughout the school day.

The Role
As a Classroom Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting pupils both in and out of the classroom. Working alongside teachers and conductors, you will help create a positive, engaging and inclusive learning environment where every child can participate and succeed.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting pupils with their learning and development throughout the school day.
- Assisting with classroom activities and preparation of learning resources.
- Encouraging pupils to develop independence, confidence and social skills.
- Supporting pupils with mobility, communication and personal care where required.
- Working collaboratively with the staff team
- Helping to maintain a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment. xgikmsk
