- Supporting service users with personal care, including washing, dressing, toileting, and continence care..
- Assisting with mobility, transfers, and daily activities..
- Supporting meals, hydration, and nutrition..
- Monitoring and reporting changes in health or wellbeing to senior staff..
- Providing emotional and social support while promoting independence..
- Maintaining accurate care records and following individual care plans..
- Working closely with nurses, senior carers, families, and other healthcare professionals..
- Following health and safety, safeguarding, infection control, and organisational policies..
- Treating every service user with dignity, respect, kindness, and compassion..
We are seeking someone who is caring, patient, trustworthy, and able to work effectively as part of a team. Previous care experience is desirable, and full training and support may be provided to the successful candidate.
