As a Technical Product Manager at Cognigy (part of NICE), you will own the product strategy and execution for capabilities at the heart of our agentic AI platform. You will work on a mix of AI tooling — internal platforms and infrastructure that power AI across every Cognigy product — and customer‑facing capabilities that bring our agentic platform to enterprise customers. You will partner with engineering, design, customer‑facing teams, and go‑to‑market partners to define what we build, why, and how we measure success. You will report to the Director of Product.
What You Will Do
- You will own the roadmap and delivery of an AI‑driven product area at Cognigy.
- Your scope will span a mix of internal platform capabilities and customer‑facing surfaces — for example, AI infrastructure such as our LLM Gateway, embeddings, and model support layer consumed by every product team; or customer‑facing AI experiences and features.
- You will stay ahead of the AI and LLM market.
- You will track new model and ecosystem developments, assess their fit for Cognigy’s use cases, and define what we adopt and when.
- You will partner with a technical, opinionated engineering team to navigate architectural trade‑offs across performance, cost, scalability, and reliability at enterprise scale.
- You will prototype ideas yourself using modern AI tooling to accelerate discovery and alignment.
- You will balance stable, foundational capabilities with an evolving scope, and adapt as the AI landscape shifts.
Who You Are
- You are a technical product manager with strong technical fluency and deep curiosity about the agentic AI and LLM space.
- You read new model release and architectural solutions closely, have opinions about which approaches and providers fit which use cases, and can hold your own in an architecture discussion — whether the topic is inference and routing, embeddings and retrieval, evaluation, or productizing agentic systems for enterprise customers.
- You are hands‑on.
- You prototype with modern AI tooling, experiment with new patterns as they emerge, and bring that practical understanding into your product decisions.
- You navigate ambiguity, structure complex problems, and move from concept to execution without losing sight of customer value.
Preferred Experience
- You have experience with AI‑enabled products, conversational AI platforms, AI infrastructure, or adjacent technical products.
- Experience designing and shipping customer‑facing AI interfaces (chat, copilots, in‑product assistants) is a plus.
- You are familiar with enterprise product requirements, including scalability, security, and adoption considerations.
- You have led cross‑functional initiatives with international, distributed teams and can demonstrate how your work influenced both product quality and business outcomes.
- You bring an ownership mindset, take initiative, and consistently drive work to completion.
- We value strong product judgment, genuine excitement about the conversational AI space, and the ability to deliver impact, regardless of the number of years on your CV.
