We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and adaptable Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director and wider management team, on a part time basis 25 hours per week, within our growing children's residential care organisation. This is a varied, hands-on role providing executive, administrative, recruitment, operational, and business support. You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the service while supporting business development and growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide PA and administrative support to the Managing Director and senior team.
- Manage diaries, meetings, correspondence, and documentation.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, interviews, onboarding, DBS checks, and HR administration.
- Support compliance, record keeping, and operational processes.
- Assist with financial administration, reporting, invoices, and business projects.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
About You
- Previous experience in a PA, Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or senior administrative role.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Professional, discreet, and confident handling confidential information.
Desirable
- Experience within children's services, social care, healthcare, or another regulated environment.
