We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaning Operative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across various premises. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing essential services that contribute to the safety and comfort of our clients. Applicants should possess good communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Experience in cleaning is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties across designated areas, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitising surfaces.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any issues or shortages promptly.
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to meet their specific cleaning requirements.
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled shifts.
- Assist with additional duties as required to support overall site maintenance.
Qualifications
- Basic proficiency in English for effective communication.
