We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards for vans in dotcom Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. This role offers an opportunity to work in a professional environment, contributing to the overall appearance and safety of our clients' facilities. Prior experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas.
- Jet washing the inside van surfaces to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
- Disinfect high-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, and communal equipment.
- Remove rubbish and ensure waste disposal complies with health and safety regulations.
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards identified during cleaning duties.
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or cleaning machine work is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good physical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning tasks effectively.
- Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude towards work responsibilities.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling practices is desirable.
This position offers 3 days a week, 11pm to 3am Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, 4hrs a night, an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking steady employment in a supportive team environment. We value professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
