Role Description
The Distribution Cleaning Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kettering.
The person in this role oversees cleaning operations within distribution and warehouse facilities, ensuring all areas meet agreed standards, service levels, and health and safety requirements.
Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and scheduling cleaning teams, monitoring performance, conducting site inspections, and handling staffing matters such as training, coaching, and absence management.
