Role Description
This is a self employed Franchise Owner/Regional Director role located in Scotland (Ideally Aberdeen, Dundee or Edinburgh area). The Franchise Owner/Regional Director will be responsible for managing daily operations, overseeing all operational activities, providing employee training and support to staff, driving sales/growth, recruiting new staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The role requires strategic planning, leadership, and a tenacious mindset to ensure the success and growth of the franchise.
Skills Required
- Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to maintain client satisfaction
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- An ability to drive sales performance
Our top franchise owners turnover £3 million + with a GP between 15-25%. A personal investment is required, though bank funding is available for up to 70%. We are also seeking new owners in Lincolnshire, Cambridgeshire and Norfolk specifically.
