About Niamo Nails: Niamo Nails is a boutique nail salon in Bayswater, London, known for its high standard of finish, warm client experience, and excellent reputation with a loyal, growing clientele. We are looking for an organised, personable Salon Receptionist / Manager to be the welcoming face of the salon and to help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

The Role: This is a hybrid front-of-house and operational role, ideal for someone who enjoys client-facing work as much as staying on top of the administrative and organisational side of running a busy salon. You will be the first point of contact for clients, manage bookings, and support the smooth day-to-day running of the salon, working closely with the salon owner and technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet and welcome clients, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression
  • Manage the appointment booking system (Fresha), including scheduling, confirmations, and rebookings
  • Handle client enquiries in person, by phone, and online, responding promptly and professionally
  • Take payments and manage end-of-day reconciliations and till procedures
  • Oversee day-to-day salon operations, including stock levels, supply ordering, and supplier liaison
  • Support rota planning and coordination of technician schedules
