We are the market leader of medical therapeutic products and have been proudly established in the UK for over 60 years. Our ultimate aim across the whole company is to improve our customers' quality of life. Our Call Centre, located in the heart of Crawley, is looking for candidates to join us as a Call Centre Advisor. This role is an integral part of the business as you will be the first point of contact that our potential customers will have with us, so the ability to build rapport and empathise with that person is essential.
Requirements:
- Call Centre experience is a plus but not essential.
- An ambitious individual with the passion to succeed, positive outlook, energetic and confident.
The Role:
- Making phone calls to future prospects and customers that have enquired directly to us, informing them of our products and how we could potentially help them.
- Securing outstanding quality appointments for our field sales agents to attend.
- Exceeding daily and weekly given targets in a fun and motivational environment.
We offer a basic salary of around £22,308 per annum as a minimum. However, a lot of our Call Centre Advisors are taking home in excess of £25,000 upwards per year due to our fantastic and realistic uncapped bonus structure that we have in place.
