Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Management Accountant to join our finance team at our offices in Denbigh. This role is vital in supporting our financial operations and ensuring accurate reporting aligned with our mission to improve peoples lives. Responsibilities Assist in preparing financial reports and statements in accordance with standards. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities. Prepare monthly management accounts, ensuring they are completed in a timely manner and hold accurate management information. Carry out the monthly and annual stock reconciliations as well as investigating any variances. Assist with payroll / PAYE reconciliations / Pension Administration / Auto Enrolment / Pension Accounts Assist with the submission of monthly VAT Returns Contribute to continuous improvement of financial management practices. Excellent accuracy, attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise. Ability to analyse financial data effectively. Good communication skills at all levels Ability to motivate an existing team Prior experience in financial services or healthcare industry is a plus.
