The team member in this position accurately maintains daily, weekly, and monthly inventory levels in the WMS while maintaining proper inventory rotation and storage.
Essential Functions
- Navigates through an advanced ERP System to execute all daily aspects of inbound and outbound inventory operations.
- Creates purchase orders (pallets, airgas, etc.).
- Processes all recycle and destruction loads.
- Ensures all finished goods, raw materials, and sub-assembly components are maintained as per established guidelines and procedures.
- Processes all non-conforming material in Agile.
- Coordinates with involved parties to ensure accurate inbound receipts, intercompany transfers, and RMAs.
- Verifies true-time inventory transaction records in the company's ERP system.
- Completes Oracle transaction activities related to receiving, inventory, WIP, or non-conforming inventories.
- Performs daily audits and maintains a comprehensive cycle count program to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Compiles records by SKU, quantities, sub-inventories, and validates inventories against physical counts, investigating discrepancies.
- Maintains and computes inventory balances, prepares reports of inventory status, shortages, and discrepancies.
- Organizes warehouse for efficient storage and material distribution.
- Maintains accurate inventory levels through cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Assists in maintaining accurate inventory reports by sub-organizations and WIP.
- Identifies expired inventory for disposal (SLOB).
- Maintains product rotation and storage disciplines (FIFO).
- Interacts positively with all levels of leadership.
- Performs special projects and other duties as assigned by management.
- Complies with safety rules, GMPs, and company policies.
- Establishes high standards for quality, housekeeping, and productivity.
- Maintains regular attendance.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment or similar field.
- 2 years of experience in the relevant position.
- No management experience required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment or similar.
- 4 years of experience in the position.
- 2 years of experience managing people/projects.
Additional Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required; an Associate's Degree is preferred.
- Forklift certification is preferred.
- Minimum professional proficiency in a foreign language; full proficiency preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay Rate: $22.95 - $30.41 per hour
