ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Seasonal Plant Genetics Technician you will support project activities focused on wheat breeding, primarily working within a glasshouse environment. This role requires a high level of accuracy, independence, and attention to detail. Key activities include processing plant material and carrying out harvesting tasks in line with established research protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Harvest wheat plants in a glasshouse environment
- Operate a mechanical thresher to process wheat samples
