Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support and case management to women transitioning out of the refuge, assisting with housing arrangements, accessing community resources, and developing self‑reliance and resilience skills.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and community agencies to secure suitable accommodation and ongoing support.
Qualifications:
- Highly organized, self‑motivated, and passionate about ending violence against women, girls and children.
- Demonstrable commitment to feminist, trauma‑informed and anti‑racist practice.
- Can‑do approach with a track record of supporting vulnerable populations.
