IRIS improves the quality of care given by GP surgeries to women experiencing domestic violence. IRIS is a collaboration between LB Haringey and nia. The IRIS Advocate Educator (AE) will support the Women’s Health Services Manager to roll out the service across the London borough of Haringey and support women referred to the service. This post is currently funded until 31st March 2027 with a possibility of further extension.
We’re looking for a highly organised and self-motivated woman who is passionate about ending violence against women, girls and children. You’ll have a ‘can-do’ approach and demonstrable commitment to nia’s approach to prioritising women, upholding and promoting feminist, trauma-informed and anti-racist practice.
