NI Youth Forum is a radical, youth-led organisation that supports and empowers young people to speak truth to power and challenge disadvantage and inequality. NI Youth Forum is currently recruiting for 4 exciting Youth Worker posts to support our work with young people across Northern Ireland. We are seeking passionate and motivated individuals to join our team across a range of programmes and projects.

The posts include:

  • 2 x Relentless Youth Workers (Full-Time) PEACEPLUS 1 year contract
  • 1 x Relentless Youth Worker (Full-Time) Participation (UK Fund) 4 year contract
  • 1 x Relentless Youth Worker (Part-Time) Social Justice 1 year contract

About the roles

We are seeking highly motivated and innovative Relentless Youth Workers to promote the voices of young people and build transformational relationships.

CONDITIONS

  • 35 hours per week (Full-time) / 21 hours per week (Part-time)
  • You will be required to work unsocial hours including evenings and weekends. (Flexible working with Time off in Lieu)
  • 30 days per annum plus appropriate statutory days adjusted pro rata based on start date
  • Travel expenses will be paid
  • Pension Scheme at 8%
