NI Youth Forum is currently recruiting for exciting Youth Worker posts to support our work with young people across Northern Ireland.

About NIYF

The NI Youth Forum is a radical, youth‑led organisation that supports and empowers young people to speak truth to power and challenge disadvantage and inequality.

About the role

We seek a highly motivated and innovative individual to deliver a dynamic programme of work as part of the Participation Platform, working in partnership and collaboration with other organisations.

Contract: 4‑year fixed term.

Conditions

  • You will be required to work unsocial hours, including evenings and weekends (Flexible working with Time off in Lieu).
  • 30 days annual leave per annum, plus appropriate statutory days adjusted pro rata based on start date.
  • Travel expenses will be paid.
