On an annual basis, NI Water receives c.5,000 total Planning Applications for Single, Multi-Unit the Pre-Development Case Manager will be part of a team analysing and managing Statutory Consultee responses to Planning Authorities, Pre-Development Enquiries and completion of Property Certificates. They will be responsible for ensuring NI Water compliance with environmental requirements in accordance with relevant legislation, whilst supporting economic growth and development, taking account of current capacity constraints, to ensure NI Water is protected in complying with its environmental and legislative responsibilities. The Pre-Development Case Manager will apply a customer centric ethos in completing technical assessment of and responses to all Planning Applications, PDEs and Property Certificates to achieve compliance within Service Level Agreements.
