On an annual basis, NI Water receives c.350 applications for legislative agreements (Article 161) relating to the adoption of wastewater assets within Development Sites and c.310 application requests to build over or re-align existing sewers. Reporting to the Wastewater Approvals Lead, the Wastewater Approvals Technical Advisor will apply a customer centric ethos to the timely processing of customer agreements and approval of technical drawing and plans ensuring adherence to strict Service Level Agreements.
