The predicted salary is between 29300 - 39300 £ per year.

The post holder will be responsible for coordinating NI Water’s annual Apprenticeship & Graduate Academies, managing large numbers of entry level talent through these programmes year on year, delivering on ambitious growth and diversification plans, and leading NI Water’s associated outreach strategy. The post holder will work within NI Water’s award winning HR team, reporting to the Learning and Development Manager responsible for NI Water’s entry level strategy. NI Water’s entry level talent strategy is a key skills strategy to support succession planning and build skills capability through attracting, developing and retaining top entry level talent.

Applicants MUST be able to demonstrate in their application and where necessary at interview:

  • ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
  • A Level 3 qualification in a business, HR, or Learning & Development related discipline.
  • Three years’ relevant experience in a Learning & Development, Human Resources, Organisational Development or Change Management environment in at least four of the following six areas:
  • Supporting high volume recruitment, onboarding and ongoing development of employees
  • Delivery of presentations to various audiences
  • Management of internal and external stakeholder relationships, including contract management
  • Development, delivery and evaluation of a range of impactful marketing communications (e.g. social media posts, campaigns, staff bulletins, press releases), to attract and engage a variety of audiences
  • Participation in Outreach events with schools, colleges and universities
  • Organisation and management of people projects, events and/or training
  • Proficient in the use of ICT, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Project.
  • As this post requires you to travel on official duty throughout Northern Ireland, you must have a full, current driving license or access to a reliable means of transport, which will enable you to fulfil your responsibilities. This is an operational requirement and is essential to meet business needs.
  • What is on Offer

    • Salary: This role offers a competitive remuneration package with a salary scale of £35,354 - £47,138 per annum pro rata (further pay award pending).
    • Duration of Appointment: Full-time, Fixed-Term for 12 Months.
    • Location: Westland House, Old Westland Road, Belfast, BT14 6TE and Antrim Learning & Development Centre, Antrim.
