Paddle Northern Ireland is seeking applicants to fill the role of ‘Participation and Development Officer’.
As a Participation & Development Officer you will be at the heart of delivering The Strategy for Paddlesport 2023 – 2028. Your focus will be on increasing club memberships, engaging underrepresented groups, supporting volunteer and club development and fostering inclusivity. This role also has a strong emphasis on community engagement, health and well-being, and promoting safety in Paddlesport.
