Sales Account Administrator Omagh £13.71 / hr (rising after 3 months and 6 months to £14.71). Hours of work: Monday to Friday (40 hours weeks, flexi 7.30am-5.30pm), opportunity for overtime and need to be available to work the occasional Saturday.
The Role: Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support their sales team within a large-scale food processing business. This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day account management, accurate order processing, and excellent customer service for key clients across retail, foodservice, and distribution channels. The successful candidate will act as a central point of coordination between sales, production, logistics, and customers, helping to maintain strong relationships and ensure efficient delivery of products.
Duties:
- Provide administrative support to Sales Account Managers and the wider commercial team
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain and update customer account records
- Act as a primary point of contact for customer queries, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with production, planning, and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery of orders
- Monitor order status, stock levels, and delivery schedules, proactively flagging any issues
- Ensure compliance with internal processes, food safety standards, and customer requirements
Criteria:
- Previous Admin experience preferably in a sales function
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong time management and organisational skills
