Are you ready to take your civil engineering expertise to the next level? We are seeking a motivated and experienced Estimator to join our dynamic Civils team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving our business forward, turning opportunities into successful projects, and contributing directly to our Company’s growth.
As an Estimator, you’ll work closely with our lead estimator to calculate accurate construction cost estimates, support project planning, and play a central role in negotiations and project awards. This is a high-impact role for someone with a proven track record in the civils sector and a passion for delivering results.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday, flexible start and finish times between 7:30am and 6:00pm.
What you’ll do:
- Work collaboratively within the estimating team to secure projects in the Civil Engineering market.
- Prepare, review, and submit tender documentation with precision and professionalism.
- Accurately price customer enquiries, Bills of Quantities, and tenders from drawings and bar schedules.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors through effective negotiation and communication.
- Organise and attend client meetings, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed expectations.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery and resolve any technical queries.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and business growth by providing innovative solutions and commercial insight.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven estimating experience in the civils sector.
- Strong ability to interpret drawings and technical information.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Evidence of achieving or exceeding business objectives.
