Design Electrical Engineer

Electrical Design Engineers Dungannon Salary is open to negotiation and dependent on experience Main Duties and Responsibilities: Lead development of electrical drawings, schematics and accurate BOM for Electrical Components Create technical documentation including work instructions, parts list, list of critical parts and maintenance components. Provide mentoring and technical direction to development, helping to identify technical solutions to realize design. Develop electrical products by studying customer requirements, researching and testing manufacturing and assembly methods and materials. Develop manufacturing processes by designing and modifying equipment for building and assembling electrical components, soliciting observations from operators Working on R&D projects to expand the current product range and bring new products to the market Assures product quality by designing electrical testing methods; testing finished products and system capabilities Provides engineering information by answering questions and requests Maintains product and company reputation by complying with regulations Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Any other duties as required by the Line Manager to suit business needs Adherence to our ISO 9001 Quality management system Adherence to company health and safety procedures Role Requirements: Must have an HND or equivalent in electronic/electrical engineering or relevant working engineering experience A minimum of 5 years postgraduate work experience in a similar design role Experience in schematics and software programming design using software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, EPLAN Ability to read and create detailed electrical drawings Detailed knowledge of current regulations and electrical design standards Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills Ability to work well independently and in a team Must have good technical drawing skills Must have experience of drafting to electrical standards For more information about the Electrical Design Engineer role, please contact Karen Nicholson at NI Resourcing on or send your CV through the link Skills: Electrical Engineering design engineering Autocad Manufacturing Electronics Benefits: Paid Holidays Parking Pension Fund Performance Bonus
