Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the full project lifecycle, from initial specification and design through to installation and commissioning.
  • Design MCC and Switchgear electrical system architecture, specifying equipment such as motors, MCCs, instrumentation, and PLCs.
  • Produce MCC and Switchgear electrical schematics, installation diagrams, and equipment schedules.
  • Deliver electrical designs for power, water, and wastewater projects in line with client requirements and relevant standards.
  • Liaise and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO quality and environmental procedures, as well as all health and safety regulations.

Criteria:

  • An electrical/electronic engineering qualification.
  • Experience using AutoCAD/E Plan or similar.
  • Previous electrical design experience desirable.
  • Water industry experience is desirable.
