Junior Operations Manager, Portadown, Salary is negotiable Working closely with the Production and Quality teams, you will play an important role in supporting the smooth running of day-to-day operations, ensuring production targets and quality standards are consistently achieved. Monitor production performance, outputs and associated documentation. Work closely with the Quality team to ensure food safety, hygiene and quality requirements are met. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and Lean manufacturing projects. Support the training, development and supervision of production staff. Ensure company procedures relating to health and safety, food safety and quality are followed. A degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Production Management or a related discipline. Previous experience working within a food manufacturing or production environment. An understanding of food safety, quality control, traceability and health and safety procedures.
