We are currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Technical Manager to join a fast-paced and growing food manufacturing business based in Ballymena. This is an excellent opportunity for a quality-focused professional with strong technical and compliance experience, particularly within a BRC-accredited environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Technical Manager in maintaining food safety, quality, and legality standards.
- Ensure compliance with BRC Global Standards, customer requirements, and internal procedures.
- Assist with audits, inspections, and customer visits.
- Manage HACCP documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Investigate non-conformances, customer complaints, and implement corrective actions.
