Location: Ulster Folk & Transport Museum, Belfast
Working Hours: Full-time, day shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM) 4 on 4 off pattern
Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour
Our successful candidate will have the unique opportunity to work alongside our client, celebrating Ulster's rich history of invention and allowing visitors to explore how lives and communities have always been in motion. This front-facing role combines essential security support with excellent customer service.
Duties Include:
- Managing access controls for visitors and staff.
- Conducting regular patrols of the museum grounds and buildings.
- Collaborating effectively as part of a dedicated security team.
- Completing all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to a consistently high standard.
- Building rapport with visitors, assisting with enquiries, and providing relevant assistance to enhance their experience.
- Building relationships with employers and community organisations.
Ideal Candidate
Our ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, with the ability to build and maintain rapport with our client and their customers. Experience in a front-facing customer service role would be a benefit.
Holds a Security license or is willing to undertake training to obtain an SIA license.
Holds a full UK driving license.
