With 82 luxury bedrooms, a destination restaurant, cafe bar and private dining rooms, we are setting new standards for hospitality in Northern Ireland. The Bedford Hotel, operated by Focus Hotels Management, seeks a skilled and driven Reservations Manager who thrives in a luxury hospitality setting. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the reservations department ensuring all bookings are handled promptly, accurately and professionally.
- Manage individual group and corporate reservations across all channels including direct, online and third-party platforms.
- Foster a productive and collaborative team culture.
- Work closely with the Revenue Manager to implement pricing strategies, manage inventory and monitor demand patterns.
- Maintain high standard of guest communication ensuring reservation confirmations, pre-arrival requests and special requirements are handled efficiently.
- Produce regular reports on booking patterns, pick-up pace and conversion rate.
