As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Systems & Integration Analyst to join our dynamic team.

The position will own and improve the systems landscape supporting construction project delivery, with a focus on RIB 4.0, Share Point, Dexpro, Autodesk platforms, and connected workflows across the business.

The role will gather requirements, define processes, design solutions, and support technical implementation across systems used at Clarke..

This role is based in our Head Office in Ballymena but may require travel to the UK & beyond.

About this role Role Summary Gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements from operations, engineering, commercial, and finance teams.

Map current and future processes and produce clear functional specifications.

Support ERP process design and optimisation within RIB 4.0.

Write and maintain SQL/PLSQL queries/statements for reporting, validation, and data support.

Understanding business processes, APIs, data mappings, troubleshooting integration issues, and use of integration platforms.

Design and manage integrations between systems using APIs and integration tools.

Create workflows to control data flow, approvals, and business rules across platforms.

Support user setup, roles, permissions, and access controls.

Assist with software upgrades, testing, release validation, and issue resolution.

Work with software engineers and data analysts to translate requirements into deliverable solutions.

Support engineering systems setup and project build processes.

Explore and implement AI-enabled improvements where practical, such as automation, summarisation, classification, or decision support.
