This role is the first point of contact for people getting in touch with Northern Ireland Hospice, whether by phone, email, or in person. Its about giving everyone a warm, professional welcome and helping them with their enquiries. A big part of the job is keeping our supporter and donation records up to date and accurate using our database. Youll help process donations, manage data from online fundraising platforms, and send out thank-you messages and campaign letters. The role also includes general admin tasks like handling post, managing appointments, supporting events, and making sure we follow data protection and fundraising rules. Its a key role in helping the team run smoothly and making sure our supporters feel valued.
