Join Our Team as a Shop Manager at Northern Ireland Hospice. 30 hours per week (4 days Monday-Saturday). Make a difference in your community while leading a successful retail team. We are looking for a passionate and motivated Shop Manager to lead our Enniskillen shop. This exciting opportunity combines retail leadership with a meaningful purpose - raising vital funds that support specialist palliative care for people and families across Northern Ireland.

As Shop Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the shop, maximising sales, managing staff and volunteers, and creating a welcoming space for customers and supporters. You will play a key role in engaging the local community, encouraging donations, and ensuring the shop delivers an excellent customer experience. This is a practical, hands-on role involving the regular handling, sorting and preparation of donated goods, including frequent lifting, carrying and steaming of clothing as part of day-to-day shop operations.
