Northern Ireland Hospice is on the lookout for a vibrant and dynamic individual to join our team as a Retail Support Manager! This role is focused on driving revenue generation across the NI Hospice Retail portfolio. You will play a key role in maximising the performance of our existing shops, supporting refurbishments and improvements, and leading recruitment, induction and team development. You will also contribute to the development of the retail portfolio as opportunities arise, ensuring we continue to maximise our retail potential and deliver sustainable growth.
