Operational Delivery Apprentice – Apprenticeship Scheme 2025

Location: Various locations across Northern Ireland

Salary: £25,796 per annum (progression to £26,449+ after completion)

Contract: 2-year full-time apprenticeship (37 hours per week)

What you’ll do

  • Deliver frontline public services to citizens and businesses
  • Handle customer queries, process applications, and maintain accurate records
  • Learn on the job with real responsibilities from day one
  • Study one day per week towards a fully funded qualification
  • Receive ongoing support from your line manager, mentor, and training provider

What we’re looking for

You don’t need previous work experience — just enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and good communication skills.

Applicants should:

  • Be team players who can manage their time and work accurately
  • Not already hold a Level 3 (or higher) qualification in Business Admin, Customer Service, or Operational Delivery
