Construction and Procurement Delivery (CPD) is looking to fill a number of Senior Professional and Technical Officer (SPTO) Senior Construction Project Managers. CPD has a leading role to play in procuring high quality construction projects, utilising innovative value for money solutions across the Northern Ireland Departments and the wider public sector.
