The predicted salary is between 33700 - 39000 £ per year.
Location: The current posts are based at Belfast Portal Inspection, Dargan Drive, Belfast and Larne Portal Inspection, Redlands Road, Larne.
Salary: Salary will be within the range £37,694 - £38,990 within which pay progression will be performance related.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must, by the closing date for applications:
- Have a minimum of 2 years demonstrable experience of effective leadership and communication, setting and prioritising goals to meet organisational business objectives.
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience of managing the delivery of a quality service including identifying and implementing improvements to meet the requirements of a diverse range of customers.
- Have 18 months experience working in a relevant premises management role.
- Hold an Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) certificate or be willing to obtain one within 6 months of appointment.
Applications will also be considered from applicants with relevant formal qualifications considered by the selection panel to be of an equivalent or higher standard to those stated.
