Location: Clare House, Belfast, however NICS operates a hybrid working policy which allows staff to work between the office and remote working locations.

  • Qualified to at least NVQ Level 3 City and Guilds Advanced Craft in Plumbing and/or a recognised mechanical construction related discipline;
  • A minimum of 2 years post qualification site supervisory experience in a non-domestic/commercial building services related mechanical discipline;
  • Experience in all of the following areas:
  • Knowledge of Gas Safe and OFTEC regulations;
  • Experience of non-domestic plumbing, above ground drainage and heating installations including low and zero carbon technologies;
  • Experience of non-domestic ventilation, air handling systems and BEMS installations;
  • Hold a current valid driving licence and have access to a vehicle which will enable the post holder to fulfil the responsibilities of the post in full.
