Job Overview
Passenger Handling Coordinator – temporary part‑time position, 24 hours per week, approximately 6 months maternity cover. Responsible for the entire passenger handling flow at NHV.
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate full passenger handling activities.
- Work closely with in‑house teams (check‑in, security, boarding, luggage handling).
- Guide passengers to and from the safety briefing room.
- Assist passengers at arrival and departure of aircraft.
- Resolve problems during departures and arrivals.
- Ensure a safe environment for passengers in the terminal.
- Assist the Base Manager with passenger handling and understand contract requirements and customer expectations.
- Be familiar with all aspects of the company policies.
- Deliver excellent customer service and promote company values.
- Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) policies, procedures and controls.
- Work in Aberdeen on a shift basis; weekend work may occur.
- Be flexible to adjust or extend hours due to unforeseen external factors such as weather or technical delays.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in a similar environment is advantageous.
- Some aviation and relevant operational experience desirable.
- Professional level of English (understanding, speaking, writing).
- Previous experience in offshore logistics a plus.
- Experience with Vantage desirable.
