The helicopter B2 Engineer is responsible for the maintenance of the helicopters. They will work in a team of engineers and report to the Maintenance Lead.

Responsibilities:
- Comply with the requirements as described in the regulations;
- Ensure that all line maintenance tasks carried out to helicopters meet the standard of the UK CAA and M.O.E. instructions;
- Ensure, together with all Engineers, a variable and flexible work planning and work roster based on business needs that supports and realises business continuity;
- Ensure that all maintenance is completed within the appropriate time scales to ensure provision of a serviceable aircraft to meet the operational need;
- Ensure, based on pilot and all other relevant information, daily problem analysis and problem solving;
- Ensure briefing and debriefing of pilots and Maintenance Lead;
- Ensure that PRF (preflight check) is performed;
- Ensure, in cooperation with NHV Supply Chain, Store and support services that the necessary maintenance material and spare parts are present on site at the planned moment;
- Report daily on the maintenance situation to the Maintenance Lead.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience:
- UK CAA Part 66 B2 License
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in aviation and as a licensed engineer is preferred
- Engineering experience in different aviation companies is a plus
- ICT literate (specific aviation software & MS Office)
- Languages: English (professional level)
- Knows & operates by the procedure and processes (operational, quality, safety …) installed by the company
- Good communicator:
- debriefing to pilots, flight crew and Maintenance Lead
- handover of work from/to previous/next shift
