The Centre for Sustainable Delivery (CfSD) has an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Lead (Primary Care) as part of the Accelerated National Innovation Adoption (ANIA) Pathway.
This role involves providing expertise in the development, design, and delivery of the Digital Diabetes Remission Programme, which aims to register 3000 patients onto a digital pathway by 2028. The programme is developed in collaboration with clinical teams across Scotland and is supported by Scottish Government funding.
The successful candidate will be a registered healthcare professional working in a clinical role within Primary Care, capable of acting as a change agent and working effectively with NHS Scotland's senior management. Experience with diabetes remission programmes is advantageous but not essential.
Roles are for three years, initially up to 0.2 WTE per week, with potential reduction over the programme's lifetime. Roles will likely be regionally aligned across Scotland to support implementation. This is a unique opportunity for passionate, motivated individuals committed to improving patient care through complex projects involving diverse stakeholders.
