The post holder will work closely with the Transport Department to ensure the delivery of a high-quality service. This will require the utilisation of good administrative, communication and interpersonal skills. Follow Car Parking Policies dealing with queries from both staff and visitors, via phone, email, face to face and over the intercom system. Operate and maintain Parking Control system, including system updates and backups. The post holder will process all parking permit applications, cancellations and Ticket issuing. Ensuring the database is accurate and up to date at all times. The Transport department encompasses the following: Car Parking, Pool fleet, courier service, the management of logbooks for lease vehicles managed by the department along with the collating of data to inform the annual sustainability report. The post holder will have knowledge across all these areas to ensure the departments provision of a high-quality service to users Identify and anticipate changing
