The Support Worker will be responsible for delivering personalised care and support to clients with complex health conditions, assisting with daily living activities, administering medication, and providing emotional support and companionship. They will work as part of a team delivering 24/7 care with a shift pattern of 1 week on and 1 week off., We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Prestbury, Cheshire. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex health needs, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
Working Hours:
You will be a part of a team delivering 24/7 care by means of Live-In with 1 week on and 1 week off as a shift pattern. You will start on a Saturday at 08:00 and leave the clients house on the following Saturday at 08:00., * Delivering personalised care and support to clients with complex health conditions.
