Howdale Group Practice are looking to welcome a salaried GP to join the team on a permanent basis for 4-6 sessions a week. We offer the option to become a partner at the surgery (if desired). Main duties of the job The delivery of high-quality medical care to our patients. Working collaboratively, accepting an equal share of the practice workload, including on-call doctor and telephone triage roles. Effective management of long-term conditions, accepting delegated responsibility for a specific area (or areas) of the QOF. Carrying out home visits where necessary. Maintaining accurate clinical records in conjunction with good practice, policy, and guidance. Processing of administration in a timely manner, including referrals, repeat and acute prescription requests, and other associated administrative tasks. Contributing to the promoting and successful implementation of continuous improvement, development, and maintenance of the practice including clinical governance and training. Ensuring compliance with the appraisal process and completing the revalidation process. About us We are a 3 partner GMS practice with a list size of approximately 7,900, which is growing. We are based across two sites, Downham Market and Marham, both sites are dispensing and we use SystmOne.
