Along with ensuring that women and birthing people are supported to make informed decisions about their care, and to enable them to dynamically update their personalised care plan and share with clinician. A highly visible senior midwife and as such expected to provide specialist knowledge, advice, and clinical expertise. Leading by example the postholder will drive up standards of clinical care and have the authority to get the essential components of care right for women, birthing people and their families. Working collaboratively with other Matrons the postholder will contribute to the development and delivery of both Trust and Divisional objectives and assisting in the delivery of the governance agenda.
