Job summary

What you\’ll do:

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to ensure a seamless patient experience by guaranteeing that all case notes are readily available for clinic appointments. Your sharp attention to detail will be put to the test as you ensure each set of notes contains all the necessary paperwork and essential correspondence. By doing so, you\’ll be a driving force behind the SFHT Patient Pathway, promoting efficiency and excellence in healthcare services.

Person Specification

Knowledge

  • Computer literate, with experience of using a keyboard.
  • Knowledge of Medway and NHS in general.

Qualifications

  • Good general education with GCSE English at grade C or equivalent.

Further Training

  • Knowledge and use of Medway.

Experience

  • Good organisation skills.
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a confidential setting.
  • Evidence of teamwork.
  • Previous clerical and customer care experience.

Contractual

  • Flexible attitude to cover sickness and annual leave.
  • Adherence to Trust & department policies and procedures.
