HR Generalist

Job summary GP Primary Choice Ltd is seeking a permanent HR generalist to join our team on a part-time basis, working 22.5 hours per week across 3 days. Reporting to the chief operating officer, this role provides dedicated HR support to employees and managers, offering guidance and assistance on various employment issues such as conditions of service, employee benefits, discipline, grievances, performance management, and absence management. Main duties include: Recruitment support, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding. Addressing employee concerns, managing performance issues, handling disciplinary matters, grievances, absences, and disputes. Planning and delivering training programs for staff. Organising annual reviews, appraisals, and probation sign-offs. Contributing to the development of HR policies and procedures to ensure fairness and consistency. Tracking HR data to inform decision-making. Implementing initiatives to promote a positive and engaged workplace environment.
