As a Receptionist/ Care Navigator you will be required to deal with all patients enquires. You will be required to triage the patient to allow you to navigate them to the correct service. You will be dealing with patients face to face and via the telephone and online. You do not require experience however it will be preferred. There is scope to develop your skills and hours. The vacancy is for 13 hours a week. Fixed days and hours are: Monday 8am -12pm Thursday – 4-8pm Friday – 2pm – 7pm There is also the opportunity for overtime week days and 1 Saturday a month.
